Our Easy Return / Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We want you to be thrilled! If for any reason your order doesn't meet your needs or expectations, we offer an easy exchange, or a return with a 25% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

To start a return or exchange, email us at 1lavintage@gmail.com and we'll send you return instructions. In-person exchanges are available in the Waltham, MA area by appointment.

Once the merchandise is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund promptly under the terms above.
